Dawn Marr’s storybook cottage is an enchanting property. Her father relocated a small house to the parcel, which includes a pond, stream and gardens. The garage/barn includes the pen where she keeps a pair of pet peacocks, Lavern and Shirley. They were the inspiration for this barn quilt.
