About the farm:

The Bissell Maple Farm’s Jefferson location is a processing plant for maple syrup. The sap that is processed in the plan is purchased from sugar bushes and the Bissell Family’s stand, then made into various maple sugar products at this facility. A retail shop is onsite; enter at the door next to the barn quilt.
